★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Newly Build Bto Flats very Convenient to pump petrol , surrounded by Coffee shop on the opposite where the indoor stadium is selling Kuey Chap , Bakchor mee and many other delicious food stalls down the lane n you know what blk 85 hawker centre is just a quick stroll from the Block not forgetting clinics n a reasonable market for convenient Shop at your own space of time .???????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long wait for this BTO project to finish construction.
Can reach this block from Tanah Merah MRT by walking 12 minutes normal pace. But that doesn't include walking down the underpass to the train platform.
Super fast walking, 8 minutes to station B exit is achievable. But you will find a thin film of sweat over your hand.
18 minutes walk to Bedok reservoir MRT exit B. Not including time to walk to platform once again.
This block and 186A enjoy the convenient drop off location at the pavilion where social events take place.
The Facebook group is healthy with active chatter among the residents, with the occasional posts showing inconsiderate behavior by neighbours.
Thankful to have engaged a renovation expert to facilitate the transformation from a barren apartment unit to what it is right now.
