★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 10th storey HDB with lift serves at every level. Bus stop is right in front of this block and this block is directly opposite to Nee Soon Town Council, market, coffee shops, McDonald's, CK etc. Feeder bus to take from Yishun Interchange is either 800 or 804.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The void deck lights are not turned on at night. Very scary if you are walking alone. The garden there is not taken care off which may cause the breeding of mosquitoes. Void deck is clean. The lift works quickly and the fan in there is nice.
