★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyday there is an uncle who whines very loudly at block 245 or 244. Not sure which one. Daily without fail and can go on like hours (half a day during work hours, night time would stop, could be family came home?). Heard that the uncle is sick. But makes it really hard to work from home with that constant and very loud interference daily. Hopefully the family would see and maybe try closing the window a bit so that the noise is not that loud? Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a neat and clean block, with a gym for light exercise at the foot. connected to level car park on both front and back side. Kids playground is a short walk away. A small food court and groceries shops are nearby. It is surrounded by a primary and secondary school the west side and living century church on the south. In north have chee tong temple and zi yun kai ji kong temple. The block is well connected to bus stop and the Kovan MRT is 10-15 mins walk away.
