★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very noisy, in the evenings there's usually basketball court noise that carries over. During the weekdays, there's loudspeaker and school music playing loudly, since it's next to Pei Tong Primary school. The HDB itself has thin walls between the floors. It's easy to hear when neighbors are arguing upstairs. Litter from windows is often seen on the void deck, and the trash smells filter through the entrances. The lifts are also very small, and a resident's pet used to urinate in the elevators in the past.
The positives are the space is quite large, being an old HDB.
