This block was kept clean and well maintained.
There were a fitness centre and playground near by.
Also multiple (I saw 3) bicycle stations- which allowed the residents to lock their bicycles.
Ample open space park ring available too.
Within walking distance to the market and food centre. There was also a mini-mart at the ground floor of the block near the lift area.
There were also two sheltered drop off points for the residents, one in front of the block, the other behind the block.
