The designers and owners were always helpful accommodating what we wanted but with tweaks based on their experience to match the design theme. Would be lying to say everything went perfectly but most importantly, any faults (where were minor by the way) was swiftly rectified.
Renovation was done through re-opening phases of Covid lock down and Tom & Chris constantly updated us on situations and major phases with photos and comments. Excellent communications throughout the whole process.
Highly recommended! Even our new neighbours praised the contractor saying they washed the common areas after the wet works.
