★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tranquil and quiet place to live, facing a river with lots of vegetation, complete with a running and cycling path that stretches for about 2km. Windy in the day time because of the unblocked living space, and a through the apartment air flow design where wind can blow from the main gate to the living room and bedroom windows. Units are also one of the larger ones around in Sembawang, with the 4-Rms at 102sqm. Development is mixed with other 5-Rms and Executive Apartments. One of the best perks is the underground parking which is not common in HDB developments. Car park lift goes straight up to the apartments for most blocks, so no need to walk across, especially during heavy rains or scorching weather.
