Area is clean with ample space for activities. facilities are well maintained and carpark is very accessible with lots of space for visitors as well at a visitor carpark. The design also means that breezes can flow through very well so houses are cool. Walking distance from tampines east mrt with a shortcut along the perimeter of the old tampines jc. minimart opposite is also well stocked, also a sheltered walkway all the way to the bus stops
