★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did you know? This block along with Blocks 562, 564 and 565 were announced to be selected for Selective En Bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) earlier this month, on 7 April 2022 (Thursday). The residents living at Block 563 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 will have to move to a new residential area at Ang Mo Kio Drive, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. After the relocation of residents from Block 562 to 565 at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 (including Block 563), the four SERS blocks (Block 562 to 565) will have to be demolished.
