★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The block denser than the other blocks in the precinct. So expect longer waiting time to get on the lifts during peak hours. More so if one refuses to function. Highly suggest to savour your morning coffee at the lift lobby to make it less hectic.
Tenants are okay although best to keep communication methods to a minimum.
The gym below is basic as. Didn’t see ripped children menacing the hood so that’s a good thing.
5 stars go out to this President of the Block. Not sure what it’s name is but I call her Grubby.
