★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a residential of 10 blocks of higher end flats that has a "bottle-neck" entrance n exit.Nice big playground n well kept surrounding areas.Nearby to the Downtown MRT line ready to go in October 2017 Ubi Station or Kakit Buki Station.In time to come the Paya Lebar airport moving to another area.
