★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live here.... do consider the noise from the temple especially during their festival. There will also be road block too. It is a busy street so if the unit you live in is facing road... you can imagine the noise from the car. Usually weekend, dark skin people will flood the area. Dark skin means Bangladeshi and Indian in majority. Especially foreign workers will crowd together in an area to drink beer and cheer out loud and lying on floor to enjoy the breeze. No doubt location is fine if you drive as it is centralize so there's still a plus point. This place can be slightly noisy in overall. ( My friend lives here so this is what he complaints). Good luck if you are someone who is sensitive to noise.
