★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service!!! I went to collect the trunki luggage on 16th of March, i reached there at 2pm, but i was told to come back at 2.30pm, because the staff that was present claims that she isn't a staff there. I later went back there again as told, and was once again delayed til 2.45pm. The letter that was sent to me regarding the collection states that lunch time is from 12pm to 2pm. But I was told to wait again while the another male staff is engaging in leisure activity such as smoking. Until around 3pm. This behaviour is uncalled for as the staff isn't committed and they were reluctant to attend to the collection.
