When my wife asked for the red coloured parrot fish he really dug his hand into the tank and caught the fish one by one.He cared for. the customers.Job well done.

β β β β β Good quality of arowana but the service can be improve because i recently just bought an arowana from them and the ownerβs wife seems rude to me when i asked about the arowana. As if she do not want to sell it and responded to me in a high voice manner. When i say i am going to buy an arowana, then she will talk sweetly and provide a good service. Is this how you treat your customers differently?

The lady advised and assisted to choose a UV filter suitable for my aquarium.
Installed it and a few days later, my aquarium is crystal clear.
Highly recommended for their knowledge.

β β β β β Am always going around Singapore looking for aquarium shops and offerings of the type of fishes they have. Chance upon BCA while standing at the bus stop in St Michael's and decided to drop in. Was very impressed with the layout! Neat and the fishes were very healthy and playful even! They also carry some high end products that are not offered in other shops and boss is very friendly and will advise on proper equipment for set ups. So far I have been there thrice and bought some platinum butterfly kois and food that I could not find elsewhere!
