BlueSG

Tried BlueSg and found it too eventful to be considered as an alternative short term rental choice. Plus points: a) Many locations to collect and return vehicle b) Easy to register, unplug vehicle and drive off from station c) Vehicle is easy to use d) Easy to return vehicle after use Minus points: a) There is no mention if/ that the vehicle is rented out in 4 hourly blocks b) I was embarrassed and caught totally off guard when I received a call telling me that I had to immediately return the vehicle to the nearest station because I had exceeded 4 hours of usage. nb. I was attending a Father's Day dinner party but had to stop eating and rushed to return the vehicle. c) The biggest surprise was receiving an SMS informing me that I will be charged $141 for 282mins of useage. It's really not about the money but the hassle and inconvenience of having to leave the dinner party, race to the nearest BlueSg station to return vehicle then rush back to the party. All these happened despite me telling the customer service agent that I would not mind paying for another 4 hours. Lesson learnt.... with so many other options available, NO more BlueSg for me !!!.
