B	Ben Farina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice idea in general and cool technology. But bad service. Impossible to contact via phone, which is pretty bad when you have a problem with the car. Also: dodgy pricing (additional fees, gst, telling you on the phone that the first 6 months are free, but then its only 4 months, you have to click the auto-renewal-contract option in order to sign up). Cheap tricks that a good company would not need to rely on.
J	J e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent customer service. Weird penalty fees, expensive, bills always come late and at random. Extremely hard to get into the back seat, especially for elderly. Made drivers queue half an hour for a lousy goody bag and vouchers on their 3rd anniversary. Very hard to find cars, definitely in need more stations and a sustainable solution to the unbalanced distribution of cars islandwide at different times of the day

A	Alexander Reinaldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have returned the car as of 17/3 12:50, even in the app screenshot the redervation for the booking is expired at 1245. Then still charged for 71 mins. When called the CS so rude saying based on the time engine off at 1.03 am. Only when probed further saying helped to off the car and ended the trip, but the way he deliver the news could be way better and at least say sorry if it is ur system glitch!!
D	Don Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A warning to all users to not use blueSG, do not waste time as police records that was sent on 29 Oct 2019 to validate that people scammed your account and the outstanding amount is still valid until today with the customer service representative demanding you to resend the email and police report. What service is this? What happen to the time and effort spent in 2019 talking to the customer service representative in 2019 which was not solved till today 2022? Such poor management and lack of responsibility.
L	Ly So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT sign up with BlueSG, cars near to you are always out when you need one. When you contact via messaging that you find it inconvenient and regret you've signed up membership, they do NOT care, you have to stick with them for the 6 months paying $18 per month even when you have NO CHANCE to use as the cars are always out, even your reservations are snatched as there are so many users during the peak hours, and then when you manage to book but not ready did not make that time to collect, you are charged $5, Other car sharing is so much better. If you have to try, pay the $8 try for one month, do NOT sign up until you are very sure the $18 per month membership that you MUST pay for 6 months whether you like it or not.
J	Jave Lin Jun Xian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you terminate your subscription with them. Even after you specifically messaged them and informed that you want to terminate, they will reply a long message saying that it will be done at the top paragraph… …only to bury a sentence asking you to reply that you really want to terminate it! (Like seriously? If I didn’t want to terminate, why would I messaged them asking for termination?) If you did not reply, they will continue charging you until you eventually check your bill and see those charges. There’s no follow up messages from them to remind you to reply them for your termination. So if you take it for granted that they did what you told them to do, you’re in for a rude awakening. Just be careful!
