★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is subpar. This is the only Indonesian bank available in Singapore for personal savings account (must be Indonesian nationality) so have to deal with it. Queue system needs improvement. Booked 10AM appointment via phone call and received queue number 1 but other walk-in customers are entertained first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNETHICAL AND RUDE loan officer at BNI. My maid asked for a loan and the loan officer Jason just said she only need to screenshot her work permit. So she did and BNI Approved the loan without explaining loan terms, repayment or anything at all! (I saw the whatsapp messages) Then he ask her to transfer him monies for something my maid didn't understand, so she said she wanted to cancel. The loan officer started swearing, calling her "babi"(pig in Bahasa Indonesian) and stupid, and told her to pay him $100 if she wanted to cancel!
