The most incompetent bureaucracy in Singapore.

Lately wanted to make address change. Emailed for enquiry of the details and was told (2 months after email was sent out sans apology) that this had to be done at the counter. Reached there and wasn't allowed in bcos of no appointment made. This fact wasn't even highlighted in the e-mail. Instead I was rebuked for not lreading this announcement in the BOA website. To make people waste time to come down physically to make such updates is truly puzzling in this age of online transactions. Perhaps BOA can bring itself to to 2020 and not preach about progress and innovation.

This particular staff called and very rudely accuse me over some admin matter without understanding my situation first. I understand that BOA is very dua pai, but that does not entitle you to talk below us.
