A	Audrey Nmy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here for a few years but am going to find somewhere else. Please reconsider other options before coming here. Prices just change as and when the owner pleases and no transparency at all. Did brows + upper lip for $18 previously and was told the price now is $20 - Additional $2 for "Service Charge". Ended up paying $22 and the owner telling me it is actually $20 + $2.... Please relook at your sales tactics again, you are going to end up losing a lot of long time customers this way.

Especially the owner, sangeetha, who treats every customer with utmost care and concern and is sincere and genuine with her services and the products she uses and formulates. Based on my most recent experience, i was made aware by her that she has specially formulated her own wax, along with her other products, to use for customers, which in my opinion is very good as it didn't leave me with any pain or redness after getting my eyebrows done, i would highly recommend!

s	shamirah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the henna faded in less than a day ? they asked me to keep it on for 20 mins but i kept it on for more than a hr . the design they did was nowhere near the design i asked for . n they are so overpriced , $40 for this horrible service ? waste of my money .

S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady is very pushy when it comes with doing any kind of services. Went for a " scan" and she pointed out so many flaws on my face. Gave benefit of doubt and did a facial no difference at all. All she did was just apply mask and mask nth else. Really hopeless. Don’t get scammed. I really don’t know what packages she offers or what. Save your time and money elsewhere
d	deekay v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been supporting this threading shop for years, but the service after the pandemic has been utterly disappointing. 1. Waiting an average of 30mins just for an eyebrow threading session (i know that the owner is working solo, but it is courtesy to respect ppl’s time and let them know abt the long waiting period) 2. Chitchatting with other customers while threading 3. Informing the hike in prices (nearing festive seasons) only AFTER the threading session. I have been turning a blind eye to this , and have been paying more for the wax threading option just to support the business (It’s $10 with wax) ($12 with wax during festive szn) And i honestly didn’t mind doing so but the service has only been disappointing.
L	Lim Wei Shuen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been supporting this place for years. Did my eyebrows there mostly. Just tried the wax and thread and I’m very pleased with the results. Saves more time and less pain and prices are very reasonable. Extra surcharge during festival occasions but still very reasonable. Owner is now working alone due to the pandemic so will have to wait at times. Overall experience 10/10????
