When you finally make time for the 5 hour range they mentioned they will arrive in, they don't follow the time. Low quality shelves, bad service, bad staff, bad all over. If you are looking for disappointment, you won't be disappointed to find it here. 100% Guaranteed.

When the team came they had totally wrong order and try to push me to accept the different size which I rejected. After trying to call (no answer) and then whatsapp, they refuse to admit to mistake.

At 8pm I asked for an update if they are coming. His reply was '5pm to 9pm' this angered me a lil. So I waited. 915pm still no sign or text.. UNTIL 930pm when I texted another number, only then I received a reply saying they apologise as they are down with manpower and will be there slightly late, 10pm to 1115pm..... now 1130pm, still no sign or even a text to update!! And not only that! When i text, their late reply came in, ASKING ME TO CALL THEIR MAN INSTEAD! I have to accommodate to their timings !? Their reply to text and whatsapp is so slow that it can take 24hrs! To add on, I have to check on their whereabouts!? now they say that they will reach 1230am! Worst service EVER!

Received prompt and helpful communication, exchanged pictures to help her fully understand my situation. The communication process started on Tuesday, order confirmed the same day, with delivery set for Saturday. Delivery was on time and installation was smooth.

The only good thing was that communication was through Whatsapp, so I could send dimensions and photos--would have been a struggle to do so over the phone with someone who is not proficient in English. Replies to my messages are usually within 24 hours, but they can really be slow. The racks installed were 50cm in depth, instead of 45cm as agreed through Whatsapp. So the rack juts out a bit and makes the entrance narrower.

Was also sketical after reading reviews but oh well, every business have their down days. Whatsapp them and agreed on the installation date and paid onfirmation deposit. During installation date, their crew arrived somewhere near end of time window and swiftly did the rack in about 15mins for my L shape bolt and nut rack. Affordable price and probably the only supplier who provides plywood shelves. Thanked them with 2 cans of coke!

On the day of delivery, the delivery staff was not aware that I opted for this and did not have it available. I then opted for the usual rack and paid the remaining amount. The next day, the staff contacted me to tell me I underpaid. I called to explain that this was not the case, but he did not seem to comprehend and told me that they would "waive the extra charges". When he realized his mistake, his immediate response was to ask to "close the case". I am extremely appalled that they got my order wrong and the poor customer service subsequently.
S	Soo Na Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT patronize this company as they are totally unprofessional and not serious about being in business they gave lots of stupid conditions on who and why they do't do business with based on geographical, delivery time and MCST rules and their own house rules. Also just because they can't commit and deliver within Singapore between 9am to 5pm which is already 9 hours leeway for their deliver) they unilaterally cancelled my pre-order which was placed 1 week ago. They treat customer with no respect and i think they could be a sleazy business company who is not interested in real sales else they wont be treating customer like that.
