They are known to use unethical, pushy and predatory means to lure in prospective clients.
If you're going to do a "collaboration" with them, you do so at your own extreme risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss, Aloysius, is crazy and only knows how to shout at other partners of his, without delivering substance. Worst work ethics and very bad product delivery.
He should get over his ego, bad example to SMEs in Singapore.
Update on 1 April: It's kinda funny how you presume I am the only unsatisfied one. Regardless whether subsequent reviews about your being is true or false, what matters at the end is that the incident took place and you repeatedly used demeaning language towards my female colleagues and everyone involved.
You may be professional to clients that give you business, but how you treat the ones not at the same level speaks volume of your character, including the threat you posed to me when you know the truth itself. I will not give you any business on my end henceforth and will strongly discourage those I know from doing so.

I thought my meeting was supposed to be with Aloysius to discuss potential collaboration opportunities but I was attended to only by a sales staff instead. It appeared to me that the focus of the meeting was for them to sell their packages, with little interest to understand mine or to discuss the collaboration.
I felt that it is a disrespect of my time as the original agenda was not adhered to.
I felt insulted with the enticement of referral fees and commissions when my objective is to collaborate and bring value to other SMEs.
I will not want to collaborate with such a company.

However, I am superbly impressed by Aloysius (I believe is the owner) with his visions and humbleness to share his knowledge. Just with this, i shout Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached Bona Technologies in order to move my company away from excel and word documents. After understanding my requirements, the project manager recommended a package that I think was suitable, and with 80% grant too. Was not pushy.
Implementation was smooth and they have been attentive when support is required.
Company is now running more efficiently with less time spent on paperwork. Definitely more productive!
