★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted BonAppeTour several times (via email and phone) and messaged the course instructor directly, but never heard back on whether my request to reserve a spot for "Mochi making 101- Ancient Japanese Treats" was received. I was looking forward to this experience and was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. I won’t be using their site/courses after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re really disappointed in this organisation. At first it was very hard to find a city where we could book a dinner, since it’s not possible to search on country level. Now we finally found a city where we actually are, and where we can book a very nice dinner, but now it is impossible to make the payment with the coupon/ voucher I got as a present from my former colleagues.
Despite my many attempts to contact Bonappetour, no reply. Tomorrow we’ll leave this city again, so bye bye nice local dinner?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review on the customer service response to a cancellation. I will update this if anything changes. Over a month ago our host cancelled because she was going to see her boyfriend. Unfortunately I was already charged for the experience on my credit card. What has followed had been a slow process of over a month asking for a refund. I still have not gotten the refund for the cancellation of over $100. It shouldn't be this hard. If a host cancels, the client should be refunded instantly. Please fix this and I will fix my review.
