I understand that they are under Bond properties Pte Ltd.
It used to be good from previous management in the condo I stay. But now sucks big time under this Management.

Someone who could only say "I'm just doing my job". If that's the case, we could get anyone or even a robot to replace them. Where is the customer service and professionalism which they boast about on their website?
