★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy online via Lazada from them. Takes forever to deliver a book. I could have purchased the book in store 10 times since the date I purchased online. The worst part is that despite paying it on 3.12, I didn’t get the book by 16.12 and they still estimate it can be delivered by 28.12. Nearly a month. For a such a small country as SG this is outrageous.
