Little fishball noodles shop tucked in middle of a housing estate. Seemingly very popular with the residents nearby. The dry fishball noodles were very good. For $3, the portion was really generous. The noodles texture and taste were excellent too.

This stall is within a small coffeeshop in Kembangan and serves really tasty minced meat noodles and laksa at a very reasonable price. Visited twice already and will definitely be back again!

A hidden gem amidst the stretch of landed properties. Portion was great. But it'd be better if there's chilli padi. Nonetheless, the chilli sauce that went with the noodle, somehow tasted nostalgic. No complaints. Great bowl of fishball noodle.

Travelled all the way to this old coffeeshop hidden deep inside the private estate near Kembangan to have this #oldschool #bcm ($3.50) that’s been around since 1976! Love the chilli and ketchup combo.

Mee Pok dry Mee Kia dry ? Food wise: Always searching for good old school taste mee pok, finally found one that one can call good. It was absolutely delicious! Was so tempted to get another bowl after the first bowl. The noodles were Q and chewy, not soggy, and absorb sauce well! The sauce comprises vinegar, chili, and ketchup, it was mixed perfectly! It was so well balanced, that one could taste all 3 flavors! The meatballs, woah, it was the fragrant and soft type, giving the bouncy feel upon biting. Just can't get enough of it, just love it. Likewise, for fishball, they can do it for meatball, so can fishball, flavourful and bouncy texture! Fish cake too! ✨ Ambience wise: Nice and feels like a hidden coffee shop, that hides a gem! ?? Service wise: Great! ? Price wise: $3.50! So worth it!

Boon Kee Kway Teow Noodles, at the junction of Jalan Senang and, Jalan Paras. Nestled in an old school kopitiam, I felt as if I was still 10 years of age. The tiles of the wall is so atypical of that era. Pastel green, with the decades of fade. Gorgeous. Ok. Enough with the googoogaga of the facade. To the Mee-mobile. If you want old school, you got it. Growing up with this taste sure brings a tear or two back. There weren't many "El Dente" noodles back then. It was pure simplicity. "Sak" the Mee, pang hiam jio, done. So, the noodles were a tad clumpy and lumpy. Not a big fan of Fishball, but these bolas were springy. It was probably used by Forrest Gump for his Ping Pong game with the Chinese. That is why in one scene, the rally took ages for a single point. The chilli paste was a little sweet to my liking, but it sure made up for it by being slightly spicier than most. I'm not saying that it is spicy, but just spicier across the board. Add some Vinegar and, bam! You can start listening to Sheena Easton's "Telephone" or, watch Man in the net, starring Chow Yuen Fatt and Carol Cheng. I asked if they had Pork Lard and, without a second wasted, the gentleman cracked open a plastic jar or the heavenly cracklings. It was fresh tasting, even though at first observation, I was prepared for the "chao yek" smell. The negative takeaway for this stall is ..... the chilli. It's those large red chilli, which is only sweet to me. I need my chilli spicy, just like me. Hot hot hawwwt. Uncle was extremely cheerful. Acceded to requests made (other customers, including me). I'd give this a 7/10
