The staff service was expectional. Professional and friendly. Quality gold pieces and attractive design.

Went to the shop, terrible experience. Poster mentioned that gst can be discounted if total gold bought is more than 50g and yet we were not informed about this by the shop owner. When we raised it up to them, they gave several excuses and said that the customers should be the one informing them that they qualify for the discount, otherwise the discount will not be given. Definitely not being truthful with customers. Breakdown of invoice does not include all the workmanship costs also. Terrible sales and very misleading. Integrity of the shop owner sand salespeople are questionable. Beware.

Store is totally not honest and 0 customer service. My mum has been a huge supporter of this store until this unpleasant episode. We bought 75g of gold and then noticed this poster to say that GST will be waived for 50g of gold bought. When we approach the store for clarification, they gave various versions of stories (especially the old man boss and saleslady called Fennie) such as it’s our fault that we didn’t request for the discount, must pay in cash (not paynow not nets), must trade in old gold, must buy one piece of gold above 50g, the salesperson forgot about this etc and they keep saying nothing can be done since the transaction has been through. No effort on their end except keep looping in circle and arguing with us. Terrible experience. Never again. Be warned if you are going!
