★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to place for fresh chicken in Singapore. Their knife work is excellent and they make sure the fat is perfectly trimmed from every piece they cut. It can get pretty crowded but the supply of both Kampong and regular chicken is always super fresh and is totally worth standing in line for. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boon Leng is my number 1 chicken supplier. His chicken is significantly fresher than those you will find in your regular supermarket. He is a bit brusque (they all are in Tekka) but provides great service and accedes to all your requests like de-boning, removing skins, chopping off parts you don't like etc.
