โ โ โ โ โ This is the only place I don't mind steamed chicken instead of roasted chicken. The rice is very fragrant and we ended up eating many bowls. Service was good. The takeaway offer at $5.50 before gst is a good deal.

โ โ โ โ โ The service was pretty bad. I mean, weโre paying customers, not the wait staffโs debtors. Food was slightly below expectations I meanโฆ fried tofu is a pretty standardised dish. Chicken could be more tender and was fatty.
Try chicken house at upper Thomson if you want better chicken rice

โ โ โ โ โ Regardless which outlet you choose, the food is delicious (standard is there). Family of 3 -Had half a chicken de-boned, 3 plates of Cha Siew (very nice), fried toufu and a plate of veg.

โ โ โ โ โ 2nd May 2022, public holiday, took mom to several places but packed came over here as she never step in before. She was lucky to get seats after I dropped her 1st. The table is filled with side dishes, I enter 5 mins after and got a shocked. The honey chardoew is nice, pigs neck braised, haebeehiam and braise peanuts are awesome. Order the 3 eggs spinach and a plate of steamed chicken for 1 pax , 1 pot of chrysanthemums tea and we are done.
Mom loved the food as she seldom dine out of her zone ar her neighbourhood.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my boss said good choice.

โ โ โ โ โ Food were nice, Chicken was tender and juicy. Love the Coffee Pork Ribs, Claypot Taufoo was pretty good, filled with fish slices, prawns, brocoli, black fungus, mushrooms and taufoo. Love the Fish Maw Soup too! The Chicken rice was delicious which was cooked with Alchemy fibre added and was said to be lower GI.

โ โ โ โ โ We came by for lunch on Good Friday holiday. Ordered the signature steam chicken, yam ring with sweet & sour pork and spinach. All dishes were well-executed and flavourful. Service was good at this outlet. Advisable to make a table reservation on weekends for indoor seating. Price was reasonable for the portions. Happy to be back again :)
