The dumplings, borscht soup and every other dishes were so good. Authentic and home cooked Russian cuisine. I will go back again anytime. I have yet to try the desserts as I did not have room for more.

Nice ambience, great service and a good place to experienceRussian food in Singapore. Came here with my two friends and we ordered the Dumplings combo platter, Borscht soup, Stuffed mushrooms, Kholodets (chicken jelly terrine), Seledka (salted herring), Chebureki (pan fried puffs) and Napoleon cake (multi layered vanilla cake). Food were decent. Borscht soup was wonderful. Salted herring was pretty good but it was a tad too salty for me and was a little frozen in the middle though maybe it was supposed to be like that. For the dumplings combo platter, we were given a list of which color represents what fillings. Service was really good, the gentleman who attended to us was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He explained the menu and gave recommendations to us as it was our first time trying Russian food. The only slight drawback was that the salted herring took pretty long to be served. Overall, a good experience as we get to try Russian food without having to travel.

Loved how to place was decorated like mini Russia. It was my first time ever trying Russian dumplings so I opted for the combo platter of 12 pieces to get more variety. The dumplings came in different colour to differentiate the various flavour - the one that stood out the most was the Beef as it was was tender and flavourful. The most raved about cake was the Medovik, a real treat for the tastebuds, a multi layered honey cake recommend sharing it as the portion is quite huge. Overall a very unique and lovely experience.

A cozy little restaurant that definitely lives up to its name of "Best Russian Experience". In addition to trying out their delicious dumplings, I would recommend the salmon cheese crepe as well for its uniqueness and savory goodness. Definitely a must-try if you are in the area and are looking for the some authentic Russian cuisine - will be back myself to try out the other dumpling flavors as well! :)

Never tried Russian food before but it feels authentic. The dumplings are nothing special as compared to chinese ones, and warning that the lamb flavour is really smelly. None of us could eat it. Salted herring salad, borsch soup and honey cake were good. Pork potato stew was my favourite. Cold summer soup (white) may not suit local palate if you aren’t ok with sour soup. Caramelised milk crepe was crispy but filling was alright (may be too sweet for some people).

Wanted to try out Russian food and was excited to come here! We had the combo platter, but my favourites were the potato dumplings as they were super tasty. We also ordered the borscht and cheese chebureki based on the waiters' recommendation. Loved it, as the portions were generous and price was reasonable.

This is a place that I’m happy to see because Russian restaurants in Singapore are hard to find. They have a wide range of different kinds of dumplings, as well as other classic Russian dishes and drinks. It’s decent fare at a decent price. My experience with Singaporeans trying Russian food is that some like it and some don’t, so your mileage may vary, but it is a reasonably popular place. It’s worth a try to see what you think.

Had a unique experience for a date night at Dumplings.Ru! We ordered the dumpling combo platter, fried cheese dumpling, salmon crepe and the Slavic honey cake. It was really eye opening having Russian cuisine for the first time. Some of the dumpling fillings were a little strong tasting so if you have a queasy stomach try out some of the lighter fillings first. Other than that, the salmon crepe was great, serving as a refreshing tasting alternative to cleanse the palate after we had the fried cheese dumpling (which was also great, recommended by our server). The service was welcoming and friendly, seems like a homely, family-run place. The decor was really cool too, I especially liked the Soviet era themed posters and the menu design. Would be a really fun place to bring a date! You’ll have a new, unique experience and lots to talk about.
