★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is cheap but don’t expect any service. Long wait times, slow staff… the service u get depends very much on which graphic specialist handles your order. But most of them are mostly too busy to entertain u too much .. haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was routed to Cashier Counter by Customer Service at entrance for namecard printing enquiry. Literally stood infront of their Cashier Counter for a good 5 minutes before i shouted HELLO through my mask. There are 3 people sitting inside, all saw me but can't be bothered get up from their seats and asked what i need. I am speechless. In the end i left and went to Sunshine Plaza @ Bencoolen Street. I thought I should give Botak a try since I stay nearby but nope, I'll go to my usual hunt that can provide much more affordable prints and short turnaround time.

I just happened to not like corn on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to receive my very first order from them despite using the UEN bank transfer instead of scan and pay on the spot(yes, that's on me and I'm not blaming them for me not reading the FAQ section *ahem*). Thank you for being able to answer questions from me and just being patient. May be consider using their services again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent print job that needed to be completed by CNY. Botak Sign had a cut-off time to submit orders by in order to be printed in time for CNY (reasonable and understandable!), but I muddled my order because I was unfamiliar with their system. That said, they were extremely helpful and accommodating in responding to all my last minute (and very frantic) calls and questions, via call, email and text. I am reassured now. These guys are your go to if you ever need to print anything under time pressure.

On site staff service is excellent and the price is affordable. ? They have a wide variety of printing products from banners, namecard, posters, brochures and many more. A great place for your printing needs. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with my poster printing ? Material turned out great! There was some resolution problem with the image that I submitted & they kindly changed it for me based on my request. Took only 2 days for printing to be done. Will definitely go back for future printings ?
