★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bought red wine & white wine for my upcoming wedding. Was served by a man, he is nice and knowledgeable in his wine craft and able to explain to me wine in layman term. Furthermore, he is not pushy. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not patronise this outlet. Male staff from Philippines was chatting on his mobile phone while we were there. He decided to hang up after awhile and was no help all. You need to send him for product training. Wish I could rate this outlet zero star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited The Centrepoint so many times but didn’t realize there’s a bottles & bottles here. This shop carries quite a wide variety of wine. The shop owner / employee is a very helpful and knowledgeable chap who assisted us with wine selection and provided more info on the wine we bought. Came in a nice reusable wine bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite retailers for everyday / casual wine shopping. The seller offers good advice - and all my experiments ended really well.
They offer free home delivery for a purchase over certain amount, which is great as I don't have to carry heavy bottles.
Good prices, and easily accessible.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottles & bottles is one of my favourite wine retailers. Good quality wines at good prices. For a WSET level 2 (Merit) holder who wants to try more types of wine around the world, I have gotten a lot of bottles from them in the last year. This outlet is small but still has all their wines. Location is beside the basement 1 escalator.
