Bqueens Wedding - 273 thomson road #04-03 & #04-04

Decided to sign up with Bqueens after looking through the IG/ telegram chat revies and my friend has personally tried w good experiences! Lynn was assigned to me as my coordinator, she is pleasant to chat with and offer a package to cover both pws and ad, so i dont really need to worry much! As a plus size bride i am very concern and worried that there isn't any gown to try or that it turn out to be hideous. During the fittings lynn was nice to introduce me to different gowns that fit my shape and they also tailor on the spot during my fitting. Now i’m so excited and cant wait for my pws! The only thing to note is they are rather busy so do make an appointment ?

I am very grateful with her sweet thought and support Thur out the whole wedding. Personally I have tried 8 different bridal boutiques but we decided to go with Bqueens in the end cause of the excellent customer service by Lynn. She tried her best to attend to everyone even though she was so busy. They offered us a great package at an affordable price and what I like the most is that they very generously allowed us to try their gowns limitlessly unlike at some other boutiques that either has a time limit or that you can only try 3 gowns. Lynn did her best at recommending what she think looks good on me and we were spoilt for choice. They even provides rental for parents gowns and suits which was a great help for us too. The boss Valent is also extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a nice chat while waiting for my gowns too. Hence at Bqueens, we can always make ourselves feel "at home" since everytime when we go there we will always feel comfortable to sit around and relax while waiting unlike at other boutiques where you may feel quite pressurized and uneasy. Highly recommending Linda Chan, the designer who helped me to design my wedding gown from Bqueens. She was dedicated, very artistic and good at what she is doing. Linda was able to turn my vision for my dress into the reality as she drew my dress on the spot, as I was talking. She helped me to design, sew and complete my dress within a very quick turnaround time. With that, she was also very accommodating in terms of managing my expectations. I can't thank her enough for making me a very happy bride!

Got to know Bqueens from my friend’s recommendation. Overall experience was good. Was served by Lynn and she was really pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Signed up for a package that includes the wedding gown, photographer, videographer, makeup and hair, bridesmaid dresses and parents’ clothing so I didn’t had to worry and plan for my wedding frantically. When I first try out the gown before signing the packages, really like all that was recommended by Lynn. Overall good experience with many back and forth arrangements made through Lynn over 4 months and she’s very responsive. Lynn is also a seamstress so she gives good recommendations when I want to make certain adjustments to parts of the gown that I tried. Will update again after my wedding in May

Excellent service and experience with Bqueens for our wedding preparation! ||Package|| We signed our package with Bqueens, inclusive of: 1. Pre wedding shoot a. photography package b. Make up artist c. 2 gowns and suits rental 2. Actual wedding day a. photography b. Make up artist c. 3 gowns and a kua d. Gowns and suits for wedding party and family members The package includes everything! It made it super convenient for us and our family with this "one-stop shop" package. ||Selection|| They also have lots of different unique gown options with some minor customisation as we needed! We really love the cheongsam series as they are really unique! ||Staff|| Lynn and the staff are also very friendly, helpful and reassuring as we are all very unfamiliar with the whole process! Lynn was very patient with us in choosing the gowns and providing advice to help us narrow our selection. Lynn was also very chill about our request to re-select our outfit after changing our mind on our initial selection, really patient staff! We accidentally damaged the gown on our photoshoot and the boutique was really really kind to help us resolve this issue, really thankful and grateful on this issue! A big thank you to Bqueens staff and team! Overall, a really good experience with Bqueens, strongly recommend to anyone looking for a boutique for their wedding!

Our experience with Bqueens is very pleasant! Lyn is friendly, patient and accommodating with our needs & requirements. Despite last minutes changes in planning, she put in her utmost effort to assist us in our requests. She gave us her 100% even when we called to speak to her on weekends and public holidays. So far, our experience with Bqueens has been an extremely pleasant one. We signed a package with them in December 21 and our wedding will be in June 22. They have loads of gowns and suits to choose from, including plus size gowns! Lynn has taken great care of us during every fitting session. She is patient, accomodating and has vast knowledge and great eyesight. She is able to give sound advice and pick out suitable gowns for you. Will provide follow up review after our actual day.
