โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for a conveyancing lawyer for my home purchase and introduced to Christine, who was very prompt in advising me every step of the way and assisting me with the scheduling to meet their lawyers.
I was represented by Patrick, and he was very patient, clear and concise in his explanation of the respective documentations - which was comforting being a first time home owner.
Pricing is also very competitive and reasonable.

โ โ โ โ โ Had to liaise with multiple people within the organisation and given different information by different people.
There is no communication internally. Was being asked duplicate information multiple times when the paperwork is received by one person but not forwarded out yet.
Zhong De makes it seem that it's natural he's busier than clients and unapologetic towards the information gap internally

โ โ โ โ โ No letter of completion after my completion date until today! My completion date was 27 April 22 I had authorized them to drop the cheque for me, until I email them on 29 April then they drop for me. I will only receive my funds on 4 May 22. It takes 8 days to complete a cheque.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service, admins and lawyers going through the motion without reviewing our case properly. Ended up losing revenue as a repercussion of their incompetence. Theyโre a big corporation, but quality of service and work is definitely comprised.
