★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a company where the boss only hires females. All employees can only wear skirts, dresses and heels. For lunch, no one can go out and all have to eat the food cooked in the office which is provided or bring their own food. I feel my movement was constantly watched. It was dreadful working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst employer. Employees are expected to work long hours and it's completely normal.
The principal consultant and the other seniors are not willing to train the new starters, almost no training is provided to perform the given job. There are many rules that all employees are expected to follow and it is suffocating. No one is allowed to go out during lunch time or office hours. It feels like you are in a prison. The management uses fear as a motivation tactic and they humiliate and shame staff for all errors even if it is a negligible human error. The principal consultant expects all employees to agree with him no matter what he says. Sometimes he sets unrealistic expectations. Whoever disagrees will lose their job or will be shamed. He and the seniors follow dictatorship/ authoritative management style. He only hires female employees (Probably because he thinks it's easier to control female staff) They don't care about work life balance. I do not recommend this as a work place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a workplace that provides good training and exposure. I have learned a lot from my short time working there. Although it is a tough working environment with deadlines and high expectations, but what I gained from working there is more than what I can gain from working elsewhere. A good place to learn if you are fresh with no working experience.
