★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Signature Braised Pork Belly Rice was very good and tender, and the sauce was savoury. Portion was reasonable for the price. Cashier was also friendly. Good place for authentic Taiwanese food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chanced upon this stall while visiting a relative studying in the school. They had just opened recently and were very warm and friendly - which is why I felt so compelled to write a review. Owners are father and son whom just branched out on their own from a successful Malaysian roast franchise which is owned by their family.
Since they are called braised star, I had the braised rice - Great food, will definitely try again on their other selections when I visit again - like the salted egg chicken rice sounds really good as I type this ??
