At first there's some issues with bleeding the brake fluid, but Alfred went to remedy it, right now it's much better but still monitoring. Alfred ensure me that there will be no issues and he will definitely get it right for me. Great guy to do business with. :)

I have been in communication with Alfred for the past 2 years and he has been patiently answering my queries without hard selling. Able to answer technical questions and also provide advice on my specific car model which is Forester XT. Finally pull the trigger on the purchase and it has look great. Performance wise feels assured and can feel the immediate improvement. Will definitely purchase the rear brakes in the future.

He tries to be clear in his comms and also is prompt to sort out any misunderstanding. He’s professional yet very amicable - doesn’t try to oversell. Good lad. Alan, from Revzone, was also great in helping to install the brake kit. He made sure that brake kit was installed well and expediently. Also, ensured that the new wheels aren’t scratched. Happy to explain what he was doing and offer advice. Had a great chat with him too! Kudos to both teams! ?

He was knowledgeable, well spoken, patient and gave excellent feedback and advise. He was always quick to respond to questions and gave you the confidence that you were dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about as well passionate about what they did. I would easily rate Alfred and his team in the top 1% of vendors I have dealt with. Their partner workshop Revzone Performance were also very professional and looked after my ride with care and competence. All in all I must say my expectations have been surpassed and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism.
