★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Signed up for trial lesson ($50) at Toa Payoh branch last Saturday. Told Joey (I think its the boss - based on staff Roza) my kid is 8 eights year. They allocated him for very basic level thought he is in 6 years old. Joey did not even explain that they are different types of trial lessons, at different fee depending on the child's prior exposure.
I have asked for refund of trial lesson (since have not even started the lesson) as it's not beneficial my kid cos it's too basic for him. But, it's not approved by Joey. Very irresponsible owner with the motive, just to make money!!!!!
