Bridal Veil is not the average to-go place for gowns, but Michelle is truly a one-of-a-kind talented designer who has a signature style and expertise in handling duchess satin. She is able to give you advice on choosing the perfect gown to complement you and truly add to your special day! We had a great experience in the journey to designing and watching how a gown is made. Getting to know Yi Xia in the journey was also a big bonus as she is always friendly and professional with her suggestions and reassurances when we were in doubt. Thank you Michelle and team for the beautiful gowns which won many compliments from our friends and family! I was personally hesitant to go for this experience of designing and having a custom gown made, however I am so glad and loved that my husband encouraged us to go for it! An unforgettable experience which we will always cherish.

The journey with Michelle initially felt long, especially for non-creative individuals like ourselves, but we slowly came to the realisation that the process of the gown design was exactly that; a journey. Michelle incorporates takeaways from each and every interaction into the design process, taking the time to understand not just what was verbally discussed and requested, but also the personality of the bride. This ensures that the bride feels comfortable in the outfits, which plays an enormous role in showcasing the highlights of the gown. And the time taken, meticulousness and thoughtfulness shows up in the final product. It was not only exactly as we imagined, but embellishments and changes suggested did not feel out of place and in fact enhanced the entire look. What an odyssey, what a breathtaking outcome. Thanks for beautiful gowns and suits made by Michelle and Collin! It was a dream come true for my wife, as she was hoping for a gown which was inspired by cherry blossoms trailing her dress during our wedding photoshoot in Japan. Very good quality workmanship. Michelle and Colin are designers of our gown and suit for the wedding day. We chanced upon them at their cozy studio. From the very first day we signed, the journey had been very enjoyable. Our experiences at their studio for consulting, fitting, dressing were all very relaxing and enjoyable. It wasn't a chore at all; Michelle and Collin handled the whole timing and bespoke tailoring of the gowns/suits perfectly. It's like we are their models, and they planned all the activities leading up to our wedding day. We were treated snacks and wine while we were there. It's one place we love going during the planning of our big day! We enjoyed seeing Michelle and Collin work together too. Both are very experienced and all 4 of us instantly clicked to understand the overall theme we wanted. We felt that it is important to leave it to the professionals to conceptualise, sketch and produce. And indeed, they delivered perfectly! We went to other tailors and they simply take reference from external sources, ask us which we prefer and adjust accordingly. Not Michelle and Collin, they started from a blank canvas and their suggestions complemented each another. We love it that they will sit in both of our fittings, i.e., Michelle (gown designer) commenting on the suit. We find the package reasonable; considering that we get to keep the suits and evening gown. Moreover, the experience and friendship made are priceless. Michelle and Colin are so friendly that we actually missed our gown fitting days. It is one of the activities we truly missed during the planning of our big day. We'll definitely head back for future events.

Bridal Veil was one of the first bridal boutiques we visited when gown and suit hunting, and we instantly fell in love with Michelle, Colin and YiXia's professionalism, friendliness and great eye for detail! We decided on them almost straightaway and looked forward to our monthly (and when closer to the wedding, fortnightly) fittings with them. The dresses (yes two, a white dress and a stunning blue dance dress) and suit they made for us turned out beautiful as they took the effort at each fitting to understand our needs and make adjustments where necessary. For example, I needed to dance in the blue dress and so Michelle made the effort to ensure that the length of the dress would not restrict my steps and that the material used allowed the dress to twirl beautifully (with a cheeky slit) during the dance! Beyond the dresses and suit though, what we really love about Michelle and Colin is their socialness and the genuine friendship they have extended to us. It's been a year since the wedding and we still catch up frequently during the amazing parties that this power duo host. Here's to a lifelong friendship with the Bridal Veil gang!

A choice never regretted - choosing Bridal Veil by Michelle HuiMin and the Men's Club to design and create our wedding outfits. Michelle and Yi Xia from Bridal Veil gave the best and most comfortable service around. With Michelle's creativity and out of the world designs, I had so many praises (even from hotel guest & strangers) and head turnarounds on my wedding day. She knew my idea and enhanced it with her own. I had a wedding pants with a train and a modern cheongsam as evening gown. They were not only gorgeous and so well tailored, it was so comfortable to wear all day long. I did not even want to take it off at the end of the day! With Colin from the Men's Club, he provided advice and designs that really made my husband stand out from the crowd. The material used were of such high quality, my husband loved how comfortable the suit was - it was the most comfortable and fitting tailored suit he ever wore. Colin even gave step by step advice on what else my husband needed to purchase to complete his look and which pieces to wear to match my outfits. My husband was stunning thanks to Colin! If you are looking for unique one and only design that is fitting and comfortable, not having to worry about tripping over your gown, and to walk down the aisle in style and confidence, look no further!
