Love Kiran for being so kind and patiently guiding me from the time I entered her boutique and even after multiple visits and till my wedding; she was very patient and made sure the outfit was at it’s best especially to my liking and comfort. Visiting Bridal Mantra was my best decision made during my entire wedding planning phase. One step in and I knew that is where I am going to get my wedding jewellery. Customer service by Kiran akka was top notch. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable the moment you step in. Her collections are gorgeous making it very hard to pick out your favourites but no worries thanks to Kiran akka’s professional advice and fashionable taste. No matter how many customers in her shop everyone was tended to equally. My husband also took his wedding sherwani from Bridal mantra and we got SO many compliments on how classy he looked. I highly recommend all brides to go to Bridal mantra as their one stop for bridal jewellery and dresses. There are a wide variety of wedding dresses that I couldn’t take my eyes off. Highly recommend all brides to be to get your accessories here! My vision of what I would like to wear on my big day came to life. Kiran gave the best advice and helped me to get a nose ring that would match my outfits. She was friendly and accommodating and I’m so thankful for her guidance and assistance. My experience as a plus size bride at BridalMantra was nothing short of wonderful. From the get-go, Kiran assured me that she would be able to customise something for me TO MY LIKING and more importantly make me look good. It's very natural for plus size brides to feel less confident when going dress shopping but at BridalMantra, I felt very at ease once Kiran explained to me what goes into customisation and how it would be done to make ME look good. I had a vision of what I wanted and with Kiran's expert recommendation, the process began. Kiran would often get in touch to check on the finer details I had requested for, right down to the threadwork! I will never forget the feeling of looking at myself in the mirror as I tried the dress on for the first time. My husband too got his outfit customised by Kiran and we were both beyond ecstatic with how it all turned out! All the staff there are also friendly and helpful and each time I left Bridalmantra (for fittings or finalisations) I left the place feeling contented and reassured. Did Kiran deliver in the end? I custom made a suit from Bridal Mantra and the end product truly exceeded my expectations. They provided me with an amazing suit, custom-fitted with accessories and the whole shebang. Give them a chance. Taking into account service and customisation, it was worth every cent.

1st time trying out a Lehenga outfit for a chinese like me is really a big step. Didn’t know where to start with and Bridal Mantra recommends you the best that they have had. And it is also one of the most affordable shop that my partner and I was sourcing around. We rented a bride and groom set and it comes with the Tikka, earring, choker, bangles and the groom shoes. It’s great that it all comes together so we do not have to worry some items would be missing. Both Kiran and her colleague (sorry, forgotten her name) have really impressed us with their passion in service and wedding outfit designs. Really appreciate and thankful for their help!

Kiran was wonderful in guiding me through my bridal journey, especially when I was very particular in quite a number of details with regards to my lehenga fitting.
