The maids are discipline and always smiling. Staff at bukit timah is very good especially Jessy and Elly . They are very cool and always ready to serve and also they recommend the maids is very good . I will keep taking maids from brightmaid again again and again

Due to the pandemic, I have struggled to get a maid timely (maids' visas and health issues from other maid agencies). I am happy to have Lillian and her staff help me get a maid on time for my old maid to train her before she left. The new maid is capable and can pick up the tasks quickly. I am happy with the service tendered by Lillian and her staff. Lillian is very responsive, and the transaction went much better than expected. I definitely will recommend more friends to them.
