Master Candy provides very detailed explanation of the products she uses and procedures she will be doing. She's very patient when helping me shape my brows, to ensure that the outline is done to perfection and to my liking before starting with the procedure.

Glad that I've found Brow Studio Experts with master Candy. She is skillful, professional and passionate about her work. I came to the shop to do eyebrows. As I don't know anything about nano nor mist embroidery, Candy and I discussed about what eyebrows I liked using the sample photos on Candy's phone. She gave me a few recommendations of the eyebrow shapes based on my preferences and her experiences. We then found a shape that suited me most and in the end I'm so happy with the outcome. Highly recommended! ?????

Had sent a text to Candy for her to re-look into my brows as it didnt turn lighter despite a period of time. And was informed that she is currently not in Singapore due to personal issue. Understood and i cant wait further to get this brow corrected so i requested for a refund of the package i initially signed. However, from there, no matter how many text messages i sent, still no response from her. And from google, it seemed like they have moved out of their FEP outlet to somewhere new, without notifying too. This is not a one time issue as i have always had issues with them executing my brows and yet i chose to think its just touching up of brows and nothing can go wrong and still go ahead to sign up for this package. But boy! i was wrong, had now spent a bomb going to salon to laser off this brows but the beauticians commented that after 3 sessions, its still too dark! Deal at your own risk if u do not want to have bad brows.
