★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been my 3rd time back at Brow your way, because i absolutely love Louie's craft, she has very skillful and nimble hands that always give me symmetrical brows with just the right amount of thickness and colour, the way I like it. She's very friendly and communicative as well, so it's easy to discuss my desired style with her, and she'd chime in with helpful tips and advices! The environment is clean and comfortable, as she transformed one of her rooms into a little maiden's chamber, plus it's a few minutes' walk from kaki bukit mrt station, so it's very convenient as well. And i find it sustainable to go back for touch ups as and when cause her prices are one of the most competitive in the market!

Louie did my brows for me and she is one of the friendliest and hospitable person I’ve known. She provided top notch customer service from making appointment, treatment and follow-ups! The whole process was very comfortable and painless. She was very patient, gentle and careful with making sure I got the shape and shade that I wanted. The after-care treatment was explained to me properly as well. Overall, I love my brows so much. Super natural and pretty! I’ve also recommended to my family and they all love it too! Highly recommended for everyone regardless if you’re first timer or regulars!
