Always the best experience with Browhaus. Been a client for almost 10 years. In their Northpoint Branch, I commend Ms Mary, who provides the utmost care and professionalism in her work. She's consistent and always doing a great job and service!

Being very intricate with detail, therapist Charlie is very professional and quick with her lash and brow services. She is very efficient and yet does an amazing job. She is always enthusiastic and cheerful, very approachable as well. Hence she is my go to therapist ??

I didn't like the previous resurrection which i did with Browhaus Paragon at least 6-7 years ago. It left me with a reddish brown tint on my skin which I couldn't get rid of for a long time. However, in end 2021, I took a leap of faith and signed on with Browhaus Paragon again with a resurrection package. I was introduced to Timmy who assured me that he would be able to give me a very natural embroidery that does not leave a tinge of reddish ink. I have done one touch-up since my embroidery and I can say that my confidence with the resurrection service has bounced back. Timmy is a master artist. My end result was completely natural as the embroidery was filled in masterfully and matches with the density of my natural brow hairs. The whole outlook was so natural I thought I had grown some additional brow hairs. Thank you for creating such a masterful art piece on me!

My therapist Kelly is superb. Had the best eye brow embroidery done by her. Totally pleasant experience. Painless too ??. Best of all my new brows are so pretty !!!

My friend has been doing her brow threading + eyeliner with Timmy(she even followed him when he changed outlets) and recommended me to go because I was looking to thread my brows. I've never threaded my brows before plus I have extremely low pain tolerance so I was really scared as I've heard that brow threading hurts a lot, but Jimmy was very skilled and professional, and he says he is known to be Mr "no pain", and true to his words, he made my first brow and upper lip threading experience an extremely pleasant one ☺️ There was still some pain but it was extremely bearable, and Timmy also shared more about how I should draw my brows based on brow shape etc, which was also really informative. My brows look really clean and sleek after the threading ✨ You can never go wrong with Timmy as your therapist, and his funny personality made my time there really enjoyable! :) Will be back for sure ?

I’ve been served by Charlie for at least the last four years as a long-standing client of Browhaus. I am truly happy that she is my therapist because she provides top notch customer service. She listens to my needs and concerns, and always shapes my eyebrows so gently. She also does threading of my upper lip so gently that I barely feel the thread or any pain, and this was from the very first time I start doing threading. I always look forward to returning to Browhaus to have my monthly fix with Charlie. I would highly recommend her to other current and future clients of the brand too.

I availed of Browhaus Paragon’s brow and eye services. Karla at the reception patiently explained the options and described the treatments, including the type of sensation that I might feel. As I experienced the treatments for the first time, Karla assured me that I’ll be in good hands with Nancy, the therapist, who was referred to me by a good friend. Karla’s professionalism and customer service orientation is commendable! Deploying her at the counter gives Browhaus Paragon an edge compared to other outlets. Nancy is a highly-skilled therapist and always checked-in how I was throughout both treatments. She was gentle and ensured that my experience was pain-free. I highly recommend Nancy!
