We started our partnership with Bryden roughly two years ago. I found Donovan and his team very helpful and truly committed to do their best. The process since the start till receiving our first shipments took a while, but it is absolutely worth it. I am pleased with the quality of both the fabric and my collection manufacturing. One last point to mention here is communication. Communication was easy and very clear. It is way better than many other manufacturers that I have been involved with.

It is my first time working with Bryden for my first clothing line. From the start to finish, they were here to help me throughout. The quality of work is impeccable. Be it the sew, the type of fabric, the attention to detail and any last minute change incorporated was a great experience. They were on board with me in making my first clothing collection a glamorous reality. They also provide me with continuous tips, advices and feedback. I personally think they can become even better by adding more services like photography and any other resources that a new brand on the market may need. They can also improve on their responsiveness to queries, changes and availability of fabrics, fabric cards and extensive list of suppliers. Overall, they were brilliant, I enjoyed working with them and I would use them again :)!

The work Bryden Apparel have done for us has been great, timely and the construction of samples and final garments have been set to a luxury standard. Effective with communication, and overall we are extremely pleased and happy to have started our first collection with Bryden, so thank you!

I highly recommend Bryden. I actually think I was speaking with a manufacturer that was planning on scamming me before I came to Donovan, and I'm super glad that I made the decision to go with Bryden. The quality was great, and the service was great too. I almost felt bad for asking so many questions, I'm new to the industry and I wanted to learn as much as I could. Donovan didn't mind helping me the whole way through though, and I'm super thankful for that. He is a great guy, and he is fantastic at what he does. 2 years ago I came upon Donovan’s manufacturing company, as I was looking around i did not know much about the process of anything from sampling cost, bulk. However as soon as I sent out my enquiry I thought I was going to have to wait quite a while before hearing back from them, but they quickly responded and set up a meeting to talk more about the services they provide. After the meeting I had more of a clear mind, as I will be informed through out the whole process. As we started with the first samples i really did not like the feel of the product, however the team was very patient and giving of advice. Even though it took some time to finally have the first two sample done and in my hands was the best feeling ever. As 2020 has been a challenge the Bryden team shows that they will stay and pick up from where you left off. They keep track with you. During the lockdown period I was able to have the mailing bags produced and shipped. However there was delay from a shipping company. I assumed I would have to pay again for the production of the bags, but Donovan assured me that the mailing bags and shipping will be taken care of and I wouldn’t have to pay. Which really made my day, as it took a lot of my shoulders. This really showed how this team will be with us for a long time. I hope we will be bigger and better together as the times go on. Thank you Bryden team and for many more years to come.

Where to start.... Let me just say, I went into the fashion/e-commerce business not knowing ANYTHING. Completely beginner mode, never made clothing, never sold clothing, never learned about fashion. Reaching out to Bryden Apparel at first was very intimidating because I wasn't sure if I knew what I was getting myself into... However, upon getting a response from Donovan, that is where our journey slowly began. Donovan was EXTREMELY and still is, extremely patient with me. I learned so so much along the way because Donovan actually took the time to explain things to me. I've tried contacting other manufacturers in the beginning but most of them would just refer me over to their "Customer support" team or just tell me that I need to do this and that. No one actually took the time to help me as much as Donovan did. The process of creating our products was very fun and exciting. Donovan helped walk me through the process of how to get my final product, and he assured that his team would be able to deliver quality products. Our final product was definitely awesome! First two weeks of launching and we've already sold more than half of our inventory.. Everyone love it! I cannot emphasize enough, IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER IN THIS INDUSTRY, DONOVAN WILL HELP YOU. He will walk you through everything, he will explain everything, he will not hide any details or try to charge you more for little things that you did not know about. He is the best. I can't wait to create more products with Donovan and his team and once again, I'm just so thankful to Donovan and his team for being a part of my journey on creating medical scrubs for healthcare workers. 10/10 would recommend this manufacturer.

In a world that is completely new to me – clothing manufacturing – it has been wonderful to rely on such a professional company such as Bryden. You never know from just being on your computer, who truly delivers quality service – I did my research and found Bryden Apparel. I decided to have them create my tech packs and am extremely satisfied with what they delivered. Donovan is very responsive and is always there to help the process along. Although I hired them for just the tech packs, they have also offered advice on other aspects of the manufacturing process. They are as professional as it gets!
