The 990 bus service at the interchange is rather slow, once you miss it, the next bus will take about 20-25 minutes. Hope the service could be improved especially during peak hours.

The bus 944 left 1 min earlier from the berth, app time indicated wasn’t accurate or due to bus driver decision. This is poor bus service overall.

But 990 has been late for 3 weeks. Monitor shows arrives at 8:23am but bus did not show up. Its already 8.32am and the monitor "skip the time" and change to 8.38am. Everyone will be late for work due to this. 106 just keeps coming but not a single sight of 990. Bad service.

The timing on the screen is always changing for bus 61. It's frustrating to think that you'll be early, but, may end up late.

Bus 61 is always late! 5 mins plus is a very long time for it to delay, and on a regular basis. For example this morning, the bus was supposed to arrive at 8.49am but ended up pulling up at 8.55 with the next bus at 10mins interval. (or longer, seeing as it will probably delay). This doesn’t seem to be the case for the other buses in the same and other berths.

This bus interchange is connected to the MRT line. It has buses serving the short and long route in this area. It has a Buzz shop where you can get a quick drink, snack or newspaper. At the end of the interchange, there is. NTWU canteen catering food for the bus drivers and commuters as well. There is a passenger service counter where you can make enquiries (The staff which I met today at 9.45am 11/Jan 2022 is quite helpful and friendly . Disclaimer: not all staff are so.lol) or simple head down to the bus service guides information board. You can scan the information for respective bus routes. Eg. Bus 61, scan a digital version of the route or alternatively you may pick up an information booklet as well if you require a print copy. There is a security post nearby where the security personnel is constantly on patrol to ensure safety of commuters. Buses are on time and frequency is really good.
