Build Built Pte Ltd - #04-01C Halcyon 2

We completed our renovation with Build Built in May 2021. Our designer was Kelly and project manager was Marcus. Amidst the Covid situation, we never once felt that work was behind and faced any uncertainty of a delay. Kelly was patient and took our views and incorporated it into her design and it turned out great! What could be improved on for us would be to include more discussions on practicality and usage. Marcus was professional and was able to see blindspots and pick them out fast and have them sorted. Defect rectification and handover was done swiftly and after sales care was also prompt. We had some hiccups pertaining to the loft building due to the documentation required but we are sure after our project, both of them are well versed in lofts now. Thank you both for your hard work!

I engaged Build Built and the entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. The team took time to truly understand you personal preferences, lifestyle and habits. They proved to be fantastic listeners when they managed to put pen to paper the vision of what a dream home should and could look like. During the construction phase, they were very professional in keeping me up to date on the progress of the project and even completed the project before the deadline. Overall quality and furnishing was great also. Its been years since they have constructed my place. And my place still feels the same as the day i got it.

Engaging build built for our home renovation has been a smooth and wonderful journey for me and my partner. Shout out to Nadia for providing us with the amazing design proposals. From the designing phase, to selecting our tiles and planning out our carpentry works, Nadia has been professional and efficient. Shout out to Fad too, who has been amazing. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all the works are done to perfection! Overall, it was a pleasant journey and would totally engage them in any future renovation works!

We engaged Bezalel’s Craftsmen, which is now known as Build Built. It was for the design of our first home and we had very high expectations. As it was a new launch EC, some furnishing was already in place. Nick was our ID and he actively listened to our requirements and often made suggestions to ensure the house was liveable, rather than purely focusing on the aesthetics. He was able to put together a design that exceeded our expectations, while keeping most of the existing furnishing. Nick also worked very closely and well with the contractor he engaged, and we didn’t have any issues throughout. The quality of the carpentry was excellent and was still in great condition when we moved out 7 years later. We have now engaged Build Built for our new place and look forward to them building our home again, assured that the finished product will exceed our expectations once again.

Booked the Build Built studio to conduct one of our candle making workshops and truly enjoyed the experience. Neat, tidy and cosy, the studio was very warm and welcoming and our participants really enjoyed the space too! The staff from Build Built were also very professional and prompt to assist whenever we needed help. Will definitely be using more of Build Built’s service in future :)

Highly recommend. The designer - Keith - was so very creative. He has been actively working with us since the initial discussion and going through all the steps in the process. Also the project manager - Eleanor - was super organized and always make sure every pieces and bits would be on site on time. Thanks to the team! We love our place a lot!!

They are a fantastic place that really stood out from other IDs we spoke to - with the main draw being that they care deeply about the design process and demand the same of the clients they take on. We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Eleanor, absolute powerhouse individuals who take pride in the work. Mark is a fantastic designer that listened well and always had great suggestions and solutions, and worked collaboratively with us. We absolutely looked forward to discussions with him, and discussing blue skies ideas and discovering new ideas and furniture. Eleanor is the best project manager you could ask for - responsive, detail-oriented, patient and quietly firm. Our renovation was so smooth under her, with barely any issues - and even if there were, they were quickly resolved. Highly recommend this place, especially if you care about making your house a home, beyond just making it look pretty. Build Built really cares about tailoring a home to your specific needs and experiences.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better team than this. It was our very first home and despite the challenges that COVID, year-end holiday season, manpower & materials shortage brought back in 2021, Farrah and Ivan handed over our house to us on time before 12 weeks. Ivan even went above and beyond his job scope and changed some sockets himself when my items were delivered late. Farrah was also very accommodating and patient to our ever-changing needs and requirements because we booked them early on in 2021. She was patient with our changing tastes, our indecisiveness and we loved her design proposal! We counted on them for our first home and they delivered above and beyond all the time. Not so good: Some subcontractors were late and this delayed our timeline but Ivan was very responsive through it all and did his very best to deliver the house to us on time. Even though it was his first project, he communicated well and managed it professionally. Thank you Farrah & Ivan!
