β β β β β Donβt even deserve 1 star. The lady who answered my call at Eunos showed attitude throughout our conversation, and suddenly just said sheβs busy and hung up on me. All I did was to ask for a delivery time slot on coming Tuesday, after she said that the only time slot available on Monday was between 5pm to 7pm. Never encountered such lousy service in my life.

β β β β β Counter lady not familiar with paynow method of payment but throw the blame back at customer for paying too quickly. Absolute rubbish. If staff cannot handle the payment method, then donβt accept the payment method.

β β β β β rude sales team. very rude. they will jist reply ur mail and ask you to see their website on what items they can offer. and also even if they have the items u wan they will not recommend u to buy in a pack if u needed loose. the way they quote not professional one. u can offer choices to ur customer. not just by quoting what they asked.

β β β β β Fantastic experience there. Almost everything you would want for a DIY project. Everyone was super nice, but also let us look around for a long time without chasing us. They were all super helpful, and one of the workers there even brought out a plaster for my husband when he cut himself on a steel sheet! Super sweet of him to do so β we had made the purchase and were leaving, so he had no reason to other than to be nice. Defo would return and would recommend it to everyone else!
