Quality Melamine doors!

North Bridge office customer service is hopeless and horrible. I will never engage this company. There are many better quality supplies in Singapore.

Very lousy workmanship. Rude workers & customer service. They will totally ignore ur call after installation was done badly. Eg. Nails are nailed in on top of laminate & when highlighted to them, they get workers to come over to fill in holes with putty. Finishes of room doors are so rough that will cut hands.

Very bad quality. Poor finishing, inlay is poorly done, even the touch up is crude and ugly. SGD400 for a door like this, gosh, please refund if you can. I rather get the doors from elsewhere. The sound insulation is non-existent. I basically could chat with the worker through the door. Disgusted.

Poor Quality Toilet Doors from Bumi Megah ("BM") This is the first time in my life that I had to remove 2 toilet doors after settling in a new house. Within the first week, I noticed the lower part of the wooden door started to chip and developed "frayed skirting" around the edges, including the front parts. After a month, the doors were in really bad shape, I took pictures of the 2 doors and send them to my contractor. My contractor said he would check with his supplier. After waiting for about a week without reply, I called my contractor and he said the supplier would send someone down. An Indian worker came after a few days with his tools wanting to fix the doors. I told the worker that the doors can't be fixed due to the condition and he took pictures and left. After more than a couple of weeks passed, I did not get an answer from anyone. I took picture of the door again and send to my contractor. The supplier finally agreed to replace the 2 doors. The same worker came after a week, he started to drill holes on the new doors (for hinges) outside my doorway and inside the 2 toilets (for door levers). After more than an hour, the whole house was in a huge mess and we spent the whole afternoon cleaning up the wood shavings and dust. The 2 new doors looked the same as the previous ones I had. My greatest fear now was that the same thing would happen again. All these could have been avoided if the doors are of good quality and properly inspected in the first place. Instead of taking a proactive approach to resolve the issue, the supplier, Bumi Megah chose to test my patience. When I pursued further, the reply was "the doors were not properly glued, we are sorry to cause the inconvenience". Full stop.

Good customer service provided by the salesperson(forgot her name) in Admiralty.Got the contact from my ID.Went 3 times but she was very patient and explain everything with smily face. Not sure about the door quality.At the end, we went to the other vendor.Coz, we didnt get the colour we want at BM.

They were supposed to install my door on 22/11/2021. However, the door that came was defective; it was smaller in size. The so called lady boss spoke to me and was not apologetic. She told me flatly that they have to re-do my door and install on another day. I was obviously fumimg mad! I had taken leave and had to wait for the whole day for people to dismantle my digital lock first and then have to wait for the installation of the door and after that I still had to wait for the digital lock guy to come and install back the lock. My while day was wasted and gone! I asked the lady boss who said she was Ms Go who was going to compensate me for my wasted leave and she very proudly said that she would. In the end, she avoided my calls and didn't fulfil her promise. She is obnoxious and very rude! When I do a search on her company, I realised that the comoany has very bad reviews. By the way, she is the partner of My Digital Lock company and My Digital Lock has also been avoiding the issue and not responding to me. I actually got the door through My Digital Lock! I also did a search on my My Digital Lock, and lo and behold, they have very bad reviews too. Even their FB page does not have the review section and they have filtered out my comment! Even their YouTube video also does not allow comments. I think u can go figure it out yourselves. The bad reviews are from Google search. Use them at your own risk!
