Burger Geprek - 883 Woodlands Street 82

Geprek sauce is phenomenal if you can handle spice. Chicken geprek burger might be one of my favourite burger dishes of all time! Great stuff! Only downside is a bit pricey to order for one person on Grabfood.

Absolutely trash. Customer service literally ridiculous. No patience towards customers. Visited them a few time on their supposedly working days but the shop wasnt even open. The food were very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is overcooked to the point it is burned.

Awful service with little effort of being courteous. Placed an order with a staff that seemed to be free, but the lady at the counter started uttering, “Am I invisible? I’m supposed to take orders. What? Am I not here? Can’t people wait.” Stood there for two minutes, and she hasn’t said anything. So I approached another staff. If she had seen me, it would have only taken her a second to tell me to wait a moment. Very unprofessional. Even if you felt mistreated by a customer, you keep it to yourself first and not utter your grievances in front of a customer. Food was okay. Sauce is a bit too much for my liking.

a pseudo night bazar burger stall. food is trash and expensive. even more expensive if you order through food delivery app. their counter staff is a rude lady who is just plain rude & racist. she looks like she's on her period 24/7. no customer service ethics at all. horrible waiting time. you ask her to check your order and she will bark at you to wait. yes she barks. the staff smokes while preparing food inside the kitchen (including the rude lady) and doesn't even don any hygiene PPE (masks, gloves, hair-net etc) eat their food at your own risk.

$5 for a small spicy chicken burger? No egg or not much sauce.. so cold. SO NOT WORTHY. Rather than eat macdonalds . Horrible $5 for small burger, nothing special. No effort when burger is delivered. Don’t know how this shop get orders.. not recommended ✌️✌️

Cheezilla tasted pretty much like a wet ramly burger, which was ok. My main gripe is with the price, which really is too high for the very mediocre taste. $12 for a burger even with double patties is daylight robbery, and so is $5 for below average cheese fries. The cheese for their cheese fries and burgers doesn't taste cheesy.
