★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cocky service. I called the company to request the delivery locally, but the admin answered like I am begging for their service.
- She is not trained to answer the customer's question
- She even can't get my company name after few times I spoke to her. I requested her to write down my company name and I would spell the company name for her and she refused. She insisted that I must email to them and they will attend to my request. She even stated via the call that her company may not do the delivery service if clients don't create the business account with them. One minute later, she indeed replied to me that they have the option for the one-time customer to pay by cash, but she refused to give more info.
- If this admin represents the company's altitude toward customer, it will be my last time calling this company. There are so many companies provide similar service when I googled. This is definite worst service provider ever.
